Brother – Communications methodology

Brother’s brief was to improve the design of sales materials such as – internal presentations, product packaging, product literature, advertising and website design for overseas markets.

With our communications design partner Robin Richmond, we created a program of immersive activities including – interviewing EU Brother sales staff and a retail safari in the UK to understand the key points of successful European communications. With these insights we created a simple 3-step methodology which was applied by Brother design to the re-design of brochures, product packaging and internal communication documents.
