Brother – Embroidery Research

The goal of this research was to identify the needs of amateur and semi-professional consumers of embroidery machines.

We recruited, co-ordinated and led interviews with individual makers, colleges and bespoke embroidery studios in London. After completing this we were able to assist Brother in identifying future product and marketing opportunities. And we learnt a lot about embroidery in the process.
